Baby Elephant Needle Felting Kit for Beginners

 

Learn how to needle felt with this needle felting kit and turn the 100% British wool into an adorable baby Elephant.

This kit will take the average beginner about 2-4 hours to make and once you’ve completed one of our needle felting kits, you will have all the basic techniques and skills needed to continue with this therapeutic craft.

All of our kits are packed by hand by our small team in Dorset, UK. Each comes with high quality materials and tools including British wool which has been carefully picked for its needle felting qualities, stainless steel needles from Germany and a unique dense foam working surface that will withstand hours and hours of felting.

Needle felting is an incredibly therapeutic craft and it is really easy to learn the basics. You get the wool into the shape you want such as a ball, then you stab it multiple times with the barbed needles. The needles push the fibres together felting them into place and creating a solid piece. You can then add details and join pieces together all using the felting needles (no sewing!) It sounds like magic but it really works!

Kit contains sharp needles and is only suitable for ages 14+ or with adult supervision.
