Peperomia Caperata 'Rosso' (Emerald Ripple Radiator plant)

The Peperomia caperata 'Rosso' is a striking plant. The dark green oval leaves that are textured and deeply ribbed, in contrast the underside is a bright purple-red. Native to Brazil it lives in tropical rainforests, part of the Piperaceae family that have over 1000 species. It is a small compact plant perfect for a small spot of even inside a terrarium.

RATING- Easy

LOVES- Semi-shady to bright but out of direct sunlight. Water sparingly, allowing the soil to dry out in-between.

HATES- Direct sunlight will scorch the leaves. Dry air- ensure you mist your plant frequently.
